Did BOFA CC dept sell as well?

I don't follow these forums everyday like I used to so sorry if this is a dupe.  Wife has a checking account with them and today got something in the mail saying they old to Old National Bank.  She got a new account number as well as a debit card.  Anyone know if the CC dept sold as well?

According to http://www.mlive.com/business/west-michigan/index.ssf/2013/01/indiana-based_old_national_ban.html , both deposit and loan accounts were transfered. Not sure what that implies ...
