Did Cap1 just change dramatically?

Balance transfer and payment are posted within 24 hours from the moment the transaction is initiated, even faster than Amex and Chase.
Has anyone experienced this lately?

I was being serious. I thought chase slate was the only recurring BT offers card.

It looks like they also replaced their normal Journey Student card with a Quicksilver Student card as well: http://www.capitalone.com/credit-cards/quicksilver-students/

I get regular offers from BofA (MC and AMEX), US Bank (2 cards), Discover More and Citi (DP with $1k limit). None from Chase, but the Slate is working on a Forever APR offer anyway.
