NO, it's GE... they are a disaster to deal with.... I try never to talk to them.

Did you get declined new app or declined CLI?

I called the regular Dillards Customer Service number - explained that I had applied for the Dillards AMEX , and they transfered me to GE Capitol. If you were denied and received the letter, then speak to "Credit Solutions" department - and they will review - otherwise, if online, you can't do anything without the letter , as the system shuts their access to you, and they just ramble off the "you will receive information within 30 days" bit.

Yes, they were right. I was lucky. I called the number to talk to underwriter for Dillards Amex.  GE Capital Usually doesn't do recon and the decision is final. They will tell you to re-apply  after 30 days.
