I have been waiting for a call form their security dept for 5 weeks now. Never got a call but I figured I would try use the card today and low and behold the transaction at Best Buy for $386 went through fine, so I guess they reactivated it without needing to talk to me.
My guess is that once they reviewed the account and saw that I paid the 11K in charges off right after the first startement cut they reactivated the card.
Hopefully the customer service will improve over time but happy to have my card working again.
I'm sure you are. Take it easy now.

Should be. I had mine a few weeks, AF didn't show until it just posted this week, backdated for late November.

From the other thread, they waived the AF because of the long lockout (which might not have been that long in fact!)
