@rlx01 when did you apply? I apped oct 2nd I called yesterday and a very unhelpful lady asked my name and said she couldn't find me. Didnt ask SSN or anything.

Sep 29. You need to call a more helpful person. If they didn't ask for SSN + the secret word, they didn't do it right.

They're probably just stressed out by a terrible process.

Let me put it this way: they don't have any way to pay online right now... Yup.

I guess i just wait it out then, seeing you apped before me and still waiting. I take it u called and got someone helpful to tell u that u are approved?

Don't have a PIN or card though.

If you don't call they might take another 2 weeks to get to your app.
