The real draw is the Elite card with unlimited 3% on grocery stores and supermarkets.
That and AA & AS transferability.
This thing is going to be the next MS craze.
Might want to double check the AA part of your post....THIS version does NOT transfer to American Miles....ONLY the DC corp. card.....this DC WILL transfer points to Alaska Air as you state....PLEASE correct me if I am wrong.......

I've always wanted a Diner's Club Card, but I think I'll pass!

Right, they transfer to BA which can be used on AA, but the personal one doesn't have direct AA transfer (and of course nor do UR or MR)

I KNOW!! LOL BA and AS ----- BA is a "trip and a half" to find a flight on AA (they dont show connecting flights so you have to know what you want and kinda put it together before hand) and Alaska is easier to find flights (they include connecting flights on AA) BUT the "inventory" isnt always great!
I really wanted a DC card BUT this does not look tempting enough for me....and EVEN I will not spend $95 JUST for the Diners Club NAME!!
Is it free lounge access, or is it one of the programs where they give you like a "membership" and they you still have to pay $27 a visit to get in.

I wonder who they pull?
Only seen one post so far and it was someone in Nevada saying they pulled TU and that DC matched the highest credit line on their credit report. That person indicated a credit score of 780 though.
