I got a email today that offers a 5% cash back bonus on up to $500 in purchases for May 13th - 31st. So apparently, it must be some sort of targeted offer.

I am currently carrying a balance on my card too...0% BT but I still got the email. I wonder how they decide who to target with these offers?

Yes, mine was in a email sent  during the day yesterday.

I see the offer in my account; however when I tried to sign up it said my account was not eligible.
