a lot of cards like Amex Gold, BCE, Hilton Surpass, US bank Flexperks , Barclay Rewards mastercard etc all give 2% + rewards off groceries so it's not a huge deal just for a couple days =) 

if your lookin for groceries try to get BCP imo 6% off on groceries for upto $6,000 a year

But the website says 11/16/12-11/18/12 so I don't know.
