Discover 2% on Groceries bonus?

Haven't used and checked my Discover in a while but I did now because I eat out all the time for work and travel and I signed up for the 5%. It's a lot better of a deal right now than my CSP or PRG. But when I logged on I noticed another activation underneath for 2% groceries. Is this new? A random category each quarter or is this a one time thing?

No idea, I don't see it at all. Wouldn't use it for groceries because of bcp, however, that would be really cool to see it become a multi cat card, WITH rotating categories.

I don't have the offer, but I wouldn't mind getting it!  Currently my best grocery card is a QS.  Just counting the days until I can apply for a BCP...groceries are my highest monthly spend second only to rent.....
