I'm kinda confused.
A friend of mine just got approved, and during the phone call to get her card activated, the agent told her that she could call in after 3 months to get her credit limit increased.
There has been another thread mentioning about this policy change as well, but several people had tried but were told to wait for 6 months.
Does that 3 month CLI window apply for certain customers only then? :/
I am not sure either. In any case, if the softpull CLI option doesnt exist, that would suck!

It seems there policy may have changed. I haven't called back yet to try since my statement just updated today.

I tried the chat feature and they asked to call next month to see if a soft pull CLI is possible on my account.
