Discover APR reduction

Hi everybody,

I was able to get a rate reduction via secure chat today.

From 23.74% to 18.99%!!

the other offer was 0% for 1 year, then 23.74% after that.

Opened in Dec 2015 as discover secured w/ $200 SL

Unsecured Jan 2017

Increase to $1,200 on March 28.

Current score (according to Discover) is 680.

I don't use the card often, maybe charge $50 or so dollars a month on it, and pay in full.
