Hi,
My AAoA has taking a bit of a hit recently due to a recent discover AP, a re-fi, and a new home. This added 3 new trend lines and moved my AAoA from 7 years done to 4.2.
I have the ability to be added to a discover account that is date 6/87. Does Discover AU post the date of the original member opening, or does it post as a new trendline?
It would be yet another tradeline.
The only credit card company I know that would backdate an AU card is AMEX, and then ONLY if you have other AMEX AU cards to match up the backdate with.
It would show 1987 as the open date on the credit report.
