Just wanted to share my suprising discovery (no pun) upon signing into my account tonight. I got a $300 auto CLI!!!! This is suprising to me, because so many people says it takes around 6 months. I have used my discover a lot, but not really maxing it out. Lets just say i have earned 85 dollars in rewards in 3 statements, with no signing bonuses. 

This will be my highest Credit Limit, with my other limits being 700/800/500/npsl x 2 . So to anybody new to credit or a mid score (i checked this week end my eq is 683 right with 0%util on my report and 1 derog) wanted to know how Discover is with CLI and rebuilding score, i hope this is another confidence booster. Just run a good amount of money and pay on time (i pay about 2-3 times a month depending on use, i itch having a balance). 

This form has educated me so much in the past 3 months. and gave me a 40 point increase in that time. Still in the garden on my goal to a 700 score by february.

Congrats! Thanks for the info.....I have had Discover for 2 months and am hoping to get an increase at the 3 month mark. I pay a few times a month as well and have ran quite a bit through them.

I got the card in July and use it a lot.. I hv not received any CLI yet.. Did u get after statement cut date?

Yes. Statement cut on the 4th and i noticed it on the 6th. Statement had the old limit.
