I've had my discover account for a year now. I was thinking of asking if they would offer me a 0% balance transfer rate for several months. Has anyone every tried this with success?
Have you logged into your online account to see what offers are available?

Says online offers are unavailable and need to call customer service.

Okay, I just checked mine and I have two offers:
0% 12 months, 3% fee
or
2.99% 18 months, 0% fee

My card will PC to the It on the 13th.
Does that mean I need to call in for the More or the It?
I dont think it makes any difference. I can confirm online balance transfer offers for both It and More.
How does one receive eligibility for a balance transfer? I have a Discover IT card, clicked on the BT link and it says there are no offers for BTs even though the reason I got the card was for the 0% BTs. I still have 10 months left for the 0% BT. I called the CSR and she said the offers are random, so I should just check back every month.
Anyway to increase my chances of receiving an offer?
