Discover CLI -- Phone or Online?

Which one do you guys use/prefer, and why?

Online because I always prefer online and that's not just Discover, CLI requests or even just credit cards. If it can be done online versus over the phone I prefer online.

If you're wondering which provides better odds it doesn't matter. The method does not change one's credit or income which are the primary factors.

I prefer to do my business online. It's simpler and I can multi-task. It allows me to keep a record of the conversation/transaction just in case I need to refer to it later.

I do it online for the same reason you'll never find me at a mall shopping. It's a lot easier to click some links.

I used to have no CLI option online. Going to the link always results to some sort of error. But over the phone I could get a CLI every 90 days.
Later the luv button started working for me and I've had great success with the luv botton.
