Happy to share they just increased my limit to an additional $1500. Total limit is now $4400- highest out of all my cards. I just love Discover!
Congrats on cli and more importantly nice score increases since July 2015.
Im going to try to see if I can get some luv, wish me luck
woohoo!!!my credit limit just increase by 1500
I've successfully requested 3 CLI's this year and all were roughly 35-45 days apart. Each time they increased the CL by roughly 50%, starting at $1200, then $1800, then $2700 and now $4100. I'm gonna keep trying at that same frequency until they say no/request a HP!
Discover is really on my radar now. I just almost fell out of my chair. My SO started out with a 4k limit right around last april. It quickly went to 7k, then 12k, then 15k, and was stuck at 19 for some time. Then bam, 25.3k.
I am afraid with all my new accounts the starting limit would be low but I would be ok with it if I knew it would grow like that. Plus our double cash back is done with.
Total CL: $321.7k | UTL: 2% | AAoA: 7.0yrs | Baddies: 0 | Other: Lease, Loan, *No Mortgage, All Inq's from Jun '20 Car Shopping |

I just got my card in the mail yesterday. My SL is $500. When can I make my very first CLI request? I am finally in with Discover, Chase, Amex, and BOA - all small limits ($500-$2000).
