is that a fact for new accounts?
I think so ~ if you are talking about ACL.
Yes its a fact. I posted information about it back in July 2009. You should get an auto CLI every 3 months for the first year only.
What kind of CLI can I expect every 3 months for the first 12 months??
BTW my Discover Miles card is only 2 months old and a 1,500 starting limit.

@danisgods- Thanks for posting this question.
@DI- About how much are these cli's? I know it may vary from account to account though.
I started with a $2500 CL July 2009.. November it went to $3400. February it went to $4100. June it went to $4600. I paid in full monthly. I haven't received a CLI since June of 2010.

Thanks!
I started with a Discover More back in March of 2010, starting CL of $4000, and I haven't received any auto CLI.
I pay in full every month and use the card very heavily.

+ 1 Never got a cli and use the card as my main card.

It is a YMMV issue with Discover. Some people have received auto CLI and some have not (like myself). It would be best for the OP to check with Discover directly to inquire if the account qualifies for auto increases or not. I received my last increase in Feb 2009 and have had nothing since then. They require a hard pull now for customer initiated increase requests and frankly, it's not that big of a deal to me. I have better reward cards and I just don't use Discover that much.
