I called in and had the CL on my Discover It raised from $2000 to $3500 about two months ago (it was a SP). Today I was logged into my account and clicked on the "request a credit line increase" button out of curiosity to see if it even worked and received the following message: "We're sorry. You already have a credit line increase request in process."
I doubt this is referring to my previous CLI because that was done over the phone and approved instantly. Has anyone else seen this before? Could it mean an auto CLI may be coming... or does it always say this?
Also, I don't currently have a balance on the card and there are no pending charges but my credit limit shows $3,499 of $3,500 available. I'm not sure if this is related...
yeah I went on the site and in put info and it said i needed a HP so i backed out. Its said the same message for months now. not sure how long it takes to reset myself.
Mine has been "stuck for 2mos. Guess they tired of me asking fora a CLI
I've had one of those messages "stuck" for a month after I tried for an online SP CLI and was denied.
I just sent an SM to Discover about that message yesterday. Will report back if they give me any info that might be relevant to anybody else's situation.
If the issue persists, just call Discover and have them purge/clear out any pending (stuck) requests.
Mine was working again after like a week or so.
