Discover CLI is a Soft pull still?

I decided to give it a go again in the new layout of their website and they said I was approved but nowhere does it say it would take a HP or anything nor did it ask me if it could to decide if they should give me a CLI. They gave me a slider saying i could get anywhere from $1,000 to $0

Yep its a SP unless they indicate they need to take a HP (they will give a final confirmation before doing the HP).

Just wanted to make sure since it has that new layout. Really havent used that card since the last CLI they gave me so i find it weird they gave me one but oh well. Still quite small at $3,500

Congrats... and many small steps make a big one   You can try every 3 months and this card could possibly grow fast. Worked for me.

If it didn't say that they needed to review your credit report, then it was a SP. There is another step if they need to see your credit report. You would have had to select continue or cancel. Congrats on your approval!!!
