Discover CLI online-HP or SP?

When you request CLI online for Discover, is it hard or soft? Just from everyone's own experiences.

Soft, typically.

Went through this twice in the past six months... Both times I received a counter-offer (soft pull) with the option for a manual review (hard pull).

if it accepts your amount, usually a soft. if it give you a counter-offer, that should be a soft too. if you have to talk someone, normally they're going to end up asking for permission to pull your reports-that would be a hard.
