Which would appear to translate that any type of (SP) CLI is curently not available on the account. Of course, the option still exists to request a CLI if you contact them directly; however, more than likely it will result in a HP... and to my knowledge you can cancel the request before the HP if you elect not to do so at the present time.
I did call them and they informed me it would be a hp in the middle of them asking for my information and I said I did not want a HP and so they backed out of it with no problem. They are the only creditor that I have where the credit limit is just not budging. It's also one of my most used cards.
