Discover CLI's 60 or 90 days?

I am trying to figure out when to ask for a CLI, I had one in June. I could be wrong, but I read somewhere that it's a 60 day wait between requests now? If it's 90 I don't mind waiting. My Discover is also a year old in September, so hopefully I will get some CLI loving
