Discover CLI

It's been over 6 months since the last time I asked Discover for a CLI (and received what I requested) so I'd say it's time to ask again. But does anyone know if there is an advantage to talking to a live person as opposed to using the automated system? I've always used the automated and got what I wanted; but I'd talk to a person if I'll get better results that way.

There's no advantages talking to a person rather than making the request via the IVR. If you're eligible, the IVR will take you to step two for a CLI.
