I had a student MBNA card when I was in college and fearless and a Chase Freedom that my local branch just gave away to me.

So I'm a little afraid of rejection at this point.

So I'm better off if I call?

I ran the numbers and if I can get the BT and at least 12 months 0%, I can save at least 400 bucks... up to 600.

I really want to pay off the MBNA card (4.6K / 17.3 K).

You can app online but I don't remember if there is a place for the amount you want to BT. I say call because you can tell them how much bt and I think they will give you at least 500. above your bt request. And CS at discover rocks, if you get denied they will actually cry with you lol J/K
