Friday morning I could not access my account information on the Discover Card website; after several attempts during the day I called their 800 number and got a recording saying it would take longer than usual to reach a representative due to unusual call volume. When I spoke to a CSR, she said they couldn't access anybody's account information either due to an outage, and she had not been given any estimate of time to fix it. I tried the website a few more times yesterday afternoon without success. This morning my wife and I were doing errands so I didn't check the website again until a few minutes ago and now my account information is all there and OK.
