I have had discover since Aug 2011, I was gonna close them today due to the low credit line $1000.00. I called in to close them and the rep asked

why. I told her the credit line was low and I didn't really need it. She said please don't close it and went on to explain how I needed to support an 

American company that has all American call centers here in the US, I was omg keep it open lol, she gave another zero percent balance transfer 

for 12 months, and upped the credit line to $5000.00. So I was very happy with Discover today!

They are definately all american, their biggest call center is in DE, but they have one in TX and in AZ too that I know of.
Discover CSRs are so friendly, ill never close my account with them

Agreed. When I called to activate my card, I spoke to a nice lady in the AZ call center. I think Discover prides themselves on having US call centers, the rep made it known in her greeting that she was from the AZ call center.
