What's the PC you're trying for with AMEX?
Also, what are the advantages of More => IT?

no late fee on your first late payment, no forign transaction fee (although I would quesiton how many take discover internationally is questionable) , won't raise your apr for being late, US Based call centers.

Diners Club is part of the Discover Network. So you can use Discover in mayn places in Europe.
Many people have gotten PCs with Amex. Some keys are: if you are PCing a charge product to a more expensive charge product, you must wait at least a year. If you are PCing a revolving product to another revolving product, it must be to a card with similar underwriting (or you must meet the criteria for both). It is possible that a targeted "upgrade" offer that waived the annual fee difference for a year might be possible, but the card act prohibits changing to a product with a higher annual fee within the first year.
So you could PC your Green to Gold/PRG/Platinum any time after the account is 1 year old.
Since the Delta Gold is generally considered to have lower underwriting standards than any other revolver, PCing that to something else outside the Delta family may not be possible for you. Within the Delta family, you should be able to PC without issue after a year. Also, keep in mind that you couldn't PC to a card with a higher interest rate within the first year, either. So if, for example, you qualify for 15.24 on your Delta card, but would get 17.99 on a hilton card, you couldn't PC in the first year. Card act again.
