How have the APR rates been compared to say the Discover More cards? It seems I am pre-approved for a Discover More at 13.99% but I wouldn't mind getting the Discover IT card it they offered the same rate.

From the IT site:

  • 0% Intro APR for 15 months on purchases and balance transfers
  • Then 10.99% – 19.99% standard  variable purchase APR applies

I would think both have the same requirements.
