Discover was generous enough to give me 3K in June. Every time I call I get the happiest person ever! My past history isn't great (2 paid collections and a 4x 30 day late Macy's store card) but, I've added 7 positive credit lines in two years. My only gripe is that I received my card in June but they just showed on my report today 
Side note : their iPad app just got a nice update
