Was it a hard pull or soft?

Reason: "kitchen remodeling"
That reason never fails.
Cool, nice limit.

If you don't mind me asking, did you have something with matching or higher CL when you went for the CLI? My BCE is at $2K, but going for the 3x CLI in June.
Ok... I just chuckled a bit on that one. I had mine raised this past week from $5500 to $10,000. I actually did it by clicking the luv button on ther site.
Is the luv button a better option than calling in?
For me it was always hard pulls, the soft pulls always decline my request. I used to to think it was because my TU score hung around 673. However, the analsyt told me that he does not get to see my socre just the report, so he says. The luv button has never worked for me.
I just got 1500 SP by calling into the auto system..... Tried again 2 weeks later by calling and used auto system, plugged the requested information and it said we need to connect you to a specialist to complete your request... hung up.... Logged in 2 days later and received another 1500 increase...strange but I'll take it
Wow, those are some nice increases. I can't wait until I can request an increase.
My inital CL with Discover was 1500>>>2000 then most recently 5000. Not my highest limit but that's ok Discover is conservative in their lending practices.

No creditor simply matches limits. It's all about your credit versus their underwriting criteria. My biggest CLI with Discover has been my only CLI from $4,500 to $9,000. Highest limit I have is $30K and I had it when I first apped for the Discover it.
Last Thursday I went from 1000 to 2000 after 3 months, it was a HP but well worth it since I use my Discover daily.
