Lets say i just wait to apply another 3  months and the only thing that changes is my increase in my aaoa, and i dont use my pre-qualified invitation number to apply. And i just do a regular app, will i still be approved??

I guess what im trying to do is to make term and limit the best they can be.

Or do i just use that same invitation number in 3 months, or am i better off just doing a regular app??

I would suggest you do what I did.  I set aside those Discover invites until I had the 6 months of history, then I kept ignoring them because I went instead to the Amazon website and their link to the Discover It card.  I applied there and that way got the $75 bonus I would not have gotten with the invite.  I was happy, and I am still happy.  It's a FINE card.
