Who is this question for?

I was approved for my Amex ED card with <650 EX score.

Discover is the only fully secured card I have left, one CO part secured. I called last month and was told that it would be reviewed. If it doesn't unsecure by August or September I will close it. I have AMEX, Barclay, BoA, Chase, Cap One, FNBO, Sync, and others.
