Discover LOVE!!!

I got a Discover More card in August with a limit of $1000.  I just logged on, so just after my 3rd statement and I've now got a $1350 CL!!!!  So far I've run just over $2400 through the card, and the spend analyzer says I've averaged $615 through a month and my high water mark was $930.  I've PIF every statement, and some in between as well!  IT PAYS TO DISCOVER!!!

I'm going to guess $1350? I'm not trying to pick on you. I know it's easy to miss info when I'm reading a lot of posts. To the OP - congratulations. Discover is a great card to have for earning cash back on purchases you were going to make anyway (Their 5% categories and Shop Discover).

Hahahaha! my bad! thanks for catching that for me! i guess i got confused, becasue the OP said that he got the card in August and after the third statemetn closed he got the CLI to 1350. That would be sometime November or December, even though he just logged on and noticed his increase. That's why i ask what his CL was now, after like 8 months. No big deal, thanks again.

I thought it was a valid question, as my DH got a Discover card last Sept with a starting CL of $1000, got it auto increased to $1350 three months later, and then last month was bumped up to $1700. So, I thought that perhaps the OP was on the same CLI path. ???

And I missed the opened in August and 3rd statement I got a CLI!! Like 720 said would place it in November or December. My Bad. I was just having fun. But I am an example of not reading and comprehending the whole post too.

Hey 720ismygoal.  If you don't mind me asking what did your file look like at the time that you applied for the discover more??  AAoA, Baddies, Cards and scores? Sorry for so many questions trying to decide if and when to pull the trigger on my App.

No problem, here it is: AAoA was about 4 years, TU was at 654 and EQ was at 668, this was on the Fico 04 model, but on the Fico 08 model my trasnunion was 695 (Discover pulled this using Fico 08 model). i have two CO, 30.60,90,120 lates over and over, but the last time was three years ago. Ever since that, i've had a clean record. let me know if i missed something.
