got a mailing today and they up'ed my CL by 2000 to 10000!  I have had the card since 11/11.

2009 Credit Portfolio: First Premier 450, Orchard Bank 400

2012 Credit Portfolio: AMEX; Gold, Zync, & Clear 5k
Citi Platinum Select 2k, Home Depot Store (Citi) 4k, Discover More 10k, Barclays Apple 2k, Cap 1 (secured) 2.5k

WOW! Congrats!!! How did you use the card? i can't beleive that you got an 8k increase just after 6 months! that's insane! i just got my discover card, yesterday, with a 1l 1k credit limit. I'm hoping to have success like you, give me some pointers. Thanks!

That's how I read it too. I thought it was a CLI of $8000 lol...it gave me a lot of home for a $1500 CLI when 6 months mark hit.

 

$2000 CLI is still  good!

I've had mine (with a $1K credit line) since 11/11, too...  If they'd even up it by twelve dollars I'd be happy.  I run about $1500 through it every month and it's a total PITA to have to pay it 2-3x/cycle.
