Danm Uniqua, great scores!  I would like to know how everything turn out, because I had a similar experience, but my head(scores) is still bloody, but not unbowed.

Thanx. Working to get my EQ up where my TU is.  Unfortunately, my CU upgraded my CC a year ago and stopped reporting it to EQ and EX, just TU.  I hadn't checked my reports in almost a year so I didn't realize it.  Within a week it should be fixed and hopefully it will help my AAOA and util.

Still waiting on others to chime in on an approval where Discover was included in their BK?!?!

How do you opt back in for pre-screened/pre-approved offers?

Thanks

Re: Discover Pre-Approval

BTW I decided against apping for this.  Did you end up accepting the preapp?

Re: Discover Pre-Approval

I got the pre approval too.  I called in and got a $5000 credit line.  I have never had a Discover card before.

717 TU

781 EQ

??? EX

I have two judgement that I paid back in November as well.  None of them are showing on EQ, one is showing on TU, not sure what EX has.

Naaaah!  I'm in the process of purchasing a home.  If I take a hit it will be after the closing.  I was just wondering if Discover is forgiving.  Granted, none of the baddies are showing on my CRs, but Discover just may have a long memory.  And if I do take a hit and they truly are forgiving, I don't want to take a hit for anything less than $10k.  I was just completely surprised to see a pre-approval offer period.  It has been a very LONG time since I got one from them.
