Some people like being opted in, some prefer not to be. All should read up on what it means in detail before making their decision.

I never opted out to my knowledge. I have enrolled in services in the past that may have done it for me.. I'm not sure.. I've NEVER received a credit offer in the mail though.. I opted in manually a few minutes ago. Hopefully I'll get some offers..
