for the 2%, yes. After that it reverts back to the 1%, except for bonus categories.
So, you earn an extra $5 on the first 500 that isn't a bonus cat.

It's not much, by I still didn't turn it down. I was going to spend the money anyway.
$500 is how much most people would charge their credit cards per month anyway...
