I just went to see Discover redeem cashback section, I have less than $50 but it showed me this.

Really? Is this only for bank deposits that the limit has been removed? Because i went on last week to try and do some statement credit and it said since i have less than $50 i cant do statement credit.

It seems like you don't need $50 minimum to do statement credit either.

Well thats good to know then, i was a little disappointed when i found out that there was a $50 minimum, since i didnt know that and im so used to Chase with their $25 minimum.

+1. I just checked I was able to redeem my $12 dollar for statement credit or direct deposit.

I never realized this was a thing, as far as I can remember I've been able to redeem with less than $50. Only been a member for a few months.

For me they only allowed once you had $50

I assume you have Discover IT. Maybe Discover did away with minimum on IT, and decided to expand the relaxed requirement to other members with MORE card...

I have Discover It as well.
