Yeah lady on the phone said that the maximum CLI they are allowed to do each time is $5,000.
I was told the max CLI granted is currently 2k, even though I was aware of a handful of notable exceptions, my Discover CLIs have always been 2k.

There is confusion because your post title says they are giving CLIs in $5000 increments, as if to say that it's either $5000 or nothing. Is this the case, or are you just saying you can't get MORE than $5000?
