Discover it Lowest APR 11.99%?

I spoke with a Discover it CSR today, and requested an APR decrease.  I was offered a decrease to 11.99, which they said was the lowest permanent rate that Discover offers.  Just checking with the wonderful myFico community to see if anyone else has been offered an APR lower that 11.99, what they were offered, and when??  Thanks, as always, for the advice!

Pretty sure that is the lowest for the IT. A few people have mentioned having lower, but it was from older More cards I believe. Still, 11.99 is not bad at all for a rewards card.

I got 10.99% for my It which was the lowest at the time of my app last year. I guess they have raised it slightly since then.

10.99 is what was on my prequals for the last few months.  unfortunately i didnt use a prequal code and got a higher rate when i applied.

I was approved for 10.99% APR little less than 2 years ago

Mine is currently 7.99%.  It originated as the More card from many moons ago as kdm mentioned above.

Mine has been 10.99% for a little over year now.
