Wow. Finally getting offered the update. But it only says update requested but is not actually downloading. I think discover offering the 10% is overloading the system.

That always happens on Day One.  

I've learned my lesson from past iOS updates.   I will be updating iOS late tonight through iTunes.   I've had many bad update experiences doing over-the-air updates, so no more for me!   Once I do that, I'll add Discover.
