Unless your offer was different, Discover usually charges a 3% transfer fee, which I find high.
As mentioned, Slate is the best BT card with 0% fee, and allows you to PIF additional charges without incurring interest, unlike other cards which charges interest on any new charges until the entire BT amount has been paid off, which basically renders it a dedicated BT card.
*Edited* PS - Not that you should ever charge on a non rewards card, but if it's your preference. it certainly wouldn't be mine.
