For me it always do this after 2 attempts and hitting cancel. Tried for 3 months until I got my CLI without HP from 1000 to 2500 after my 6th statement.
Then tried the phone option, hang up before going to someone for more info. I got a letter that they can't give me an increase, and the letter said that I can request my credit from TU. No HP in TU. Don't know if the phone option would gave me more or less than the web button, online they gave me what I asked, on the phone they don't ask how much.
Anyway, I'll try again in 3 months.
