Was walking a friend through it but I don't see the link for "Are you pre-approved" or what it use to say but when he clicked to apply it still just asks for name and last 4 of social and on the next page it populated some of his personal information... Is that a sign that he is pre-approved or is that just a sign of good technology on Discover's part?! haha
