Thanks everyone for visiting.
I'm 19 and have an annual salary of $32,000
I have established credit for 2 years now. Never missed a payment, never declared bankruptcy.
My scores are:
EQ: 725
EX: 717
TU: 733
I have about a 10% Debt to Credit Ratio I guess it's called.
The only bad thing on my credit report would be inquires? Would that really make it difference?
Would I stand a chance with ANY American Express Charge Card? If so, which one? Zync maybe?
Thanks everyone!
you would have a VERY good chance for the Zync card

Welcome to the forums!
Where did you get your scores from? How many inqs do you have and how recent are they?
How recent are the inquiries? I think they'd approve you for a Gold, Green, or Zync easy.
I get my credit scores from Citi Identity Monitor, I'm on a monthly plan with them for $4.95, I get all 3 scores and reports of course.
I'm embarrassed, but it says I've applied for credit 21 times in the past 12 months! My goal is to get an AMEX charge card and to never apply for a card again, but I have become overwhelmed with the idea and applied like crazy!
I recently got these scores. I paid off all of my debt last month and boosted my points very high! So I am wondering if I should wait another 4 to 5 months before applying?
Ouch! 21? That could hurt you. When was the most recent one?
Embarrassing to say, 21 in the past 12 months. Those scores are very recent like I mentioned, I paid off all of my debt at once and saw a huge spike in my points. I am wondering if I should give it another 4 to 5 months and pay off my balances in full and then apply for an AMEX?
well with 21, what's one more for amex!
Haha, yeah, 21 Recent one was 7/15/2010.
I have the complete list of inquiries and the dates they were pulled. Does AMEX take inquiries into consideration?
