Hey...
If they don't like the back door they can see the FRONT DOOR!!!! just sayin.....
Hopefully after enough people go in the backdoor, they will realize the front door needs fixing.

I just died laughing....
This is the best thread title I have ever seen
I've given up posting to it, just watching it now. Credit voyeur!
HAHAHA! I guess im not the only one who clicked on this thread because of the title.
but for me when I called the capital one executive office the lady I spoke with did ask me how I got the number. Generally speaking if you treat someone with respect over the phone and are calm when explaining the situation - maybe crack a joke the whole conversation seems to go better and for me I have had some successful recon calls and I got exactly what I wanted from cap1.
Most backdoor numbers are just numbers that get you right to that department, instead of having to go to a customer representative first. I do wonder if they can see if the call is transfered to them from another representative or if you just ring in yourself. No one has ever asked how I got the number. A lot of times they give out either that number a different one to ring back if I need to.
With such a crafty thread name I figured I'd give it a go myself.
On another note, Citi has treated me well even though I had to recon my way through the back entrance.
