Do all cc apps include employer/salary?

Every loan or cc app I've seen included reqested info for employer and salary. The CC want's to know who they can call, other than home, if there is an issue of default. They also need your income to see if you can financially repay the debt.

Edit: Hooters: Don't know, but Merrick Bank and Geico (Merrick) too all require income and employment history. Amazon - yes. it's Chase isn't it?

Yes both of those cards will want employment and income info.  Actually I can't think of many (or any) major cards that don't. 

You can usually put in total household income.

The only exception I have seen is Amex where they ask for a range for income.
