Do balance transfers to new 0% interest cards help at all?

Hello all -- I was recently approved for two new ccs (Discover 5200 and Citi 3000) with 0% APR and I transferred my Chase amount (7200) into these two accounts b/c Chase was at 13.99%.  I haven't had experience before with balance transfers and how they affect FICO scores...does anyone have any experience with these and how it affects things?

Thanks,

MK

you should not see to much difference in score because it's the same balance and actually your util has gone down now since you added those new CL. the only place you might see small score drop is 2 new accounts and 2 accounts with balances instead of 1.

FICO takes into account individual utilization as well as over all, so I was wondering. I would be more concerned about saving money instead of my FICO score. I think you made the right move.
