Do other lenders know if you have a"siggy" card?

Curious to know....

if you have lets say a Visa siggy or a world MC, and it's not stated as such on the credit reports, do other lenders know that you have a siggy card??

Do all lenders get on a list of consumers who have these types of cards, so they can solicit their card to those who are on the siggy list?? Is there a siggy list?

Just curious:smileyhappy:

Unfortunately, no they can't tell who has a Signature or WMC/WEMC card.  Lenders can however discern from the CRAs accounts that are NPSL or Flexible Spending Lines...They can see the CLs, but no lender under manual review is going to ask..."oh, is that a Signature card?"

Signature or WMC/WEMC cardholder lists are not cross-shared amongst member banks.  Only the member banks have access to their own account holders that have either loyalty card version and which is also provided to Visa or MasterCard for benefits information, such as concierge services, car rental programs, entertainment experiences, etc.
