Do some CCCs put card names on reports, but not others?

I'm currently an AU on two cards. One reports as "CHASE BANK USA, NA," which is a 30-year-old generic Chase Visa with no branding like Freedom or Ink, and the other reports as "SYNCB/CHEVRON PLCC," which is a Chevron gas card from Synchrony Bank. At first I thought PLCC might be a corporate structure like an LLC or LLP, but it turns out it stands for "private label credit card," and it signifies that this is the Chevron store card, rather than the Chevron Visa. I'm wondering if some CCCs identify the card this way, and others don't? Or do all CCCs name the card, and this Chase one is an outlier because it's an old generic card?

Do some cards indicate they're secured in this tradeline name, or is the secured status sometimes put elsewhere?

Any examples of any kinds of tradeline names would be interesting to me. Thanks!
